Cutting is a fun and an easy way of crafts and projects can be completed in the afternoon. A few tools, cutting is also less expensive than other types of craft projects.
Simply defined, cutting is the art of cut designs of paper or other flat material, and then apply in a decorative pattern on one surface and coating with lacquer or glue.

Medium cutting or PVA glue

Small cutout cutouts can be difficult to pick up with the fingers and sometimes require accurate positioning on the element, you are decoupaging.
BRAYER
A brayer is simply a roll with a handle that can be used to flatten an image or remove air bubbles.
Fine Grit sandpaper
For more professional results, lightly sand point between each layer of the medium dry and clean.
Varnish or lacquer
For a more professional result, complete your project of cutting with multiple layers of varnish, especially if it will receive much use as furniture. Varnish is water based and formulas of the petroleum-based.
Lacquer comes in a spray can and may be preferable for furniture or other large items.
Cutting is easy, pleasant and requires only a few tools to begin.
